Connaught School for Girls
Procurement of an ICT managed service

Watling Academy
Procurement of an outsourced cleaning service
Watling Academy came to EFM with a cleaning requirement. They chose to undertake a mini competition process which enabled a range of bids for the client to consider. They were able to select a locally based supplier, CS Cleaning, who created a tailored specification for the site to meet their needs. On top of this, the Academy was also able to generate savings of £5,000 compared to other prices received.

Glebe Primary School
Procurement of a modular building service
Glebe Primary School had a requirement to build a new modular building for Nursery children. The winning supplier, Qube, designed a building with structured insulated panels, finished externally with Western Red Cedar which is naturally resistant to moisture, decay and insect damage.

Nexus School
Procurement of an outsourced catering service
Nexus School sought the help of Everything FM to appoint a new catering provider at short notice on a direct award basis, as they had already identified a preferred supplier who could meet the requirements of their pupils with special needs.
