Public sector customers enter into a contract with their chosen supplier from our supply chain and with Place Group Ltd, with all three parties having a vested interest in the success of the service. Everything FM is a single supplier framework operated by Place Group Ltd, which has 20+ years’ experience in the public sector. The Everything FM framework has already been compliantly awarded to Place Group Ltd by E2BN, the framework’s contracting authority, so that public sector organisations can directly access our supply chain.
Our fully compliant framework offers a fast and flexible route to market for FM service buyers: you can directly award to a preferred supplier, or we can run a mini competition from our supply chain. We have no limit on the suppliers, nationally or regionally, and we can onboard new suppliers so long as they meet our quality standards.
Our first consideration is to safeguard customers that use the framework, helping you secure the best placed supplier at the best value. We are on hand throughout the term of the contract to help with its success.
Contracting couldn’t be easier. Supplier contracts are completed as part of the onboarding process to our supply chain. Customer contracts will be sent upon any enquiry and agreed prior to any direct award or mini competition. The Call Off Order Form will be completed at point of contract award.
