This approach can save months through the procurement process, reducing the cost and time involved, and it’s fully compliant for the public sector.
DIRECT AWARD
If you have a preferred supplier that you wish to contract with, our framework allows you to do just that. If they are not already in our supply chain we will carry out the quality checks and onboard them quickly. We will benchmark costs to check that you are receiving best value, and when you are satisfied we will draw up the contracts for signing – it’s that simple.
MINI COMPETITION
If you are looking for a new service provider, we will run a mini competition with appropriate suppliers in our supply chain, onboarding your incumbent where necessary. We will manage the process and can prepare all the tender documents including SLA and KPIs if required. We’ll facilitate site visits, evaluate the bids and provide you with an assessment report for you to make an informed choice on cost, quality and fit.
HOW WE HELP YOU ACHIEVE BEST VALUE
The Everything FM framework requires that our supply chain always provide their best price, which cannot be bettered through traditional frameworks or in the open market. To help ensure this remains the case, we carry out cost benchmarking exercises.
- We will review your specification to help ensure it meets with your desired outcomes. We can also agree to develop a specification if you don’t have one
- We work with you to identify appropriate suppliers, and benchmark costs to provide confidence that you are receiving best value
- You choose from one of our pre-qualified suppliers that best fits your requirement, whether it’s your incumbent or another from our supply chain
- We monitor costs and performance throughout the term of the contract, and we are on hand to help resolve any issues if they arise
